ideology v. fact: making a villan is not solving a problem

 exerpt "poor neighborhoods ... receive very little if any government support to help improve their programs."  Let's analyze that comment:

  1. They yahoo answer is incomplete. School districts stil get money by tax bracket. And of course more affluent neighborhoods get more money from their tax bracket. while the average that schools get from property taxes is 21%. Just like the avergae income is about 36,000 dollars but that takes into account the super rich who throw off the actual median.

  2. Thrown off by other websites as they prove that poor communities get overlooked in funding as long as the county is better off and the first link shows how richer schools parents are able to raise more money for their schools than poor schools are.
