After watching the movie last Wednesday I started to notice what and how I sit when I’m taking to my girlfriends in compared to my guy friends. And it is true when I was chatting with the girls other the weekend we always try to sit in a circle or we place ourselves in positions where we all can look at each other. When we are taking most of our conversation are about feelings and emotions ex-relationships and new relationships. I also notice something else that we try to sugar coat thing not to be so mean about things. However, I have lots a male friends and when they want to talk about something they text me about out maybe in that sense we don’t have to look at each other. When I do have a conversation with my guy friends and we are talking about a relationship and they never sugar coat anything they are always saying “do you really want to know the true cause you might not want to hear what I’m going to tell you”. Also they are talking to me but doing other things like playing video games, watching T.V or eating. It has never really bothered me but my boyfriends it a different sorry I want him to look at me and make sure he is paying attention to me but now I know that that’s the way males and females communicate with each other.
What was interesting to me was the eating example between a male and a female. When the female is hungry she will first ask to see if the guy is hungry or what the guy wants to eat but the guy is hungry he'll just simply say I'm hungry I wanna eat this. I find her example very true.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Shine female would ask if the guy is hungry and if they response no then in that case the female will most likely wait and eat later. But for male if they are hungry they eat no waiting (speaking of personal experience).
ReplyDeleteAfter watching this movie, I notice different conversation style that men and women uses to communication (just like in the movie). One of my guy friend just broke up with his girlfriend, and the reason was that she didn't spend enough time with him. I was a bit shock after hearing what he said. it is usually woman who say man didn't spend enough time. And to top it off, he start to say that its ok for this breakup because he has a better girlfriend in another state.
